Start with the dinner
The centrepiece of any birthday in Bali should be the dinner. Not a restaurant you stumbled into — somewhere chosen deliberately, somewhere with atmosphere that matches the occasion.
Ju Bali has become one of the go-to options for exactly this. It's an immersive grill restaurant with tropical greenery, warm lighting, open-fire cooking, and an outdoor jacuzzi zone — the first and only one of its kind on the island. For a birthday group, the combination works almost perfectly: a long table, food coming off the grill, drinks flowing, and at some point in the evening the option to move to the jacuzzi zone and let the night extend naturally past midnight.
